Gratitude

We choose what we are grateful for. Waking up every morning is a practice of gratitude. Sharing kindness with ourselves, friends, family and co workers is a practice of gratitude. In our current world there are a lot of negative things to focus on, yet we can also choose to focus on love, family, and sharing our resources with others. We do this on a weekly basis. Practicing gratitude is an act of love, it uplifts our mind, body, and spirit.
